Ingredients
Maida – 1 cup
Egg- 1
Milk- 1/2 cup
Banana- 1
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Baking soda -1 tsp
Method
Mix all the above ingredients using a mixer and prepare the batter.
Heat the tawa and pour in a scoop of batter and spread a little dont flatten it.Let the air comes out.Tiny pores will appear then, cover and cook untill both the sides turn golden brown.
Serve with pancake syrup or honey.
