Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt As required
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2tbsp
Garam Masala ½ tbsp
oil 3-4 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Onion 4
Curd ½ cup
Method
- Magnate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt and leave it for 10 mins. and cook.
- Saute onion add pepper powder and garam masala
- Take out chicken pieces from the juice and mix it with the gravy.
- Pour the juice into it and add curd to get a thick gravy
13. Ginger chicken

Chilly powder 1 tbsp
Method
- Magnate chicken with ginger paste vinegar and salt and cook.
- Saute onion till it turns to light brown
- Add chilly powder and ginger paste and saute
- Add chicken and cook till the gravy thickens.
