Strawberry Cupcake| Short Cake Cupcakes

Here is the recipes for moist and tender strawberry cupcakes filled with strawberry and topped with buttercream icing. I am sure,you are going to fall in love with it !!

 

 

Ingredients

Maida- 100 gms

Baking powder-1 tsp

Butter -100gms

Powdered sugar – 100 gms

Strawberry crush- 1 tbs

Egg- 2

Butter- 100 gms

Icing sugar- 3 tbs

Sugar sprinkles-for decoration

Method

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins before baking.
  • Sieve together maida and baking powder and keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl and beat butter add in powdered sugar and beat until soft and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one by one and beat until done.
  • Add strawberry crush and beat.
  • Pour the batter in the cupcake mold and bake for 10 to 15 mins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Allow the cupcakes to cool down completely before icing. Fill the icing mix into the icing bag and do the topping and decorate with sugar sprinkles.

Tasty and yummy strawberry cupcakes is ready.

Notes
You can store these cupcakes for 3 days.
