A sweet cutlet which can be served as tea time snack.You could also fill in your kids snack box with this delicious and healthy banana cutlet.This sweet banana cutlet is prepared using steamed banana,bread crumbs,egg, grated coconut, powdered cardamon and cheese.Cheese is optional,you could exclude cheese for adults.

Ingredients
Steamed banana- 2
Grated coconut- 5 tbsp
Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Egg- 1
Cardamon powder- 1tbsp
Vegetable oil/Coconut oil- for shallow frying
Cheese-
Method
- Mash the steamed bananas and add grated coconut,2 -3 tbsp bread crumbs,powdered cardamon and mix .
- Take small balls and shape .
- Make a small hole in the center and fill in the cheese and cover.
- Dip the cutlets in egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet.
Tasty and healthy banana cutlet is now ready.Serve with tea.
