Banoffee Pie Pudding Recipe

Banoffee Pie Pudding is a sweet dessert made using Bananas, Biscuits, Cream and Toffee . The word Banoffee is the combination of Banana and Toffee. The flavour of toffee combines beautifully with bananas and is absolutely mouth watering desert. It is totally mouth watering and addicting made with buttery biscuit crust and filled with slices of banana, toffee and the whipped cream. This dessert is super easy to assemble and is addicting. Garnish with chocolate shavings for the ultimate dessert.

Ingredients

Biscuits-1 big Packet digestive biscuits(approx 200 gm)

Condensed Milk-1 Tin

Heavy Cream-1 Cup

Banana-4-5 Nos

Unsalted Butter- 50 gms

Method

Into a pressure cooker place the condensed milk tin and add water. Make sure that the tin is fully immersed in water cover and cook for 3 whistles and lower the flame and cook for 15-20 minutes. Take the tin from the pressure cooker when the pressure releases. Transfer the Toffee into another bowl and let it cool down to room temperature.

Crush the biscuits using a food processor or pop them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Transfer the biscuit crumbs into a bowl and add melted butter and mix well.

Spread the mixture into the pudding tray and using a measuring cup or flat bottomed glass press down. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Cut the banana into small pieces.

Take the Pudding tray from refrigerator and spread the prepared toffee on top to cover the bottom. Fill it with sliced Bananas. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Take a clean bowl add 1 cup cream .Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Pile the cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or any desired shavings. and serve
