Bread Sandwich

Unhealthy eating habits invites diseases.And most of the times following a healthy eating habit turn out to be too difficult for most of us. Even if we  know the importance of a good eating habit we still stick on to our old habits. We can make any dish healthy by   doing little adjustments in our cooking  practices.

Ingredients

Bread  –  4 slice

Butter- 1 tbsp

Sugar-3 tbsp

Carrot – 1 small

Milk powder- 3 tbsp

Sesame -1/2 tsp

Method

  • Remove the four sides of the bread.
  •  Remove the skin  and Grate the carrot.
  • Heat a non stick pan and saute together   carrot, sugar, milk powder and butter. Remove from flame ,when it turns it into a paste form.
  • Spread the prepared paste evenly on each slice.
  • Put one slice over the other and Serve.
