Ingredients
Carrot – 4 Grated
Milk- 1 ltr
Rava- 2 tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milkmaid- 1/4 cup
Ghee- 3-4 tbsp
Cashews- 5-6 Nos
Raisins- 5-6 Nos
Powdered cardamon- 1 tsp
Method
- Roast cashews and Raisins in ghee and keep it aside.
- Saute the grated carrot in ghee till the raw smell goes.
- Add little milk about 1 glass or so enough to cover the carrot and mix well.Stir until the milk get absorbed fully and the carrot is well coated with the milk.
- Add 2 tbsp rava to this and mix well.
- Add sugar according to your taste and mix.
- Add enough milk and allow to boil and reduce in volume.
- Add 1/4 cup milkmaid and allow it to boil.
- Now turn off the flame and add powdered cardamon and mix.
- Garnish with roasted cashews and raisins and serve.
