Ingredients
Chicken- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Turmeric powder- 2tbsp
Masala powder-2 tbsp
Oil
Method
• Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,salt,turmeric powder,masala powder.
• To this add aniseeds , curry leaves and chilly powder.
• Add little all purpose flour to this mixture and keep it for 2 hours.
• Fry in hot oil. Fry till the chicken is tender and it gets a good reddish brown colour.
Serve hot
