Chicken puffs

Chicken puffs….a wonderful snack option that you can make by yourself.Why not surprise your guests by this Home made puffs !!! Isnt it sounds good ???

Ingredients

Chicken Breast : 2 (chopped small)

Oil

Egg white ( for egg wash)

For Marination
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
Corainder Powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
Fennel Powder : 1 1/2 tsp
Ground Pepper : 1/4 tsp

For Masala

Onions :2

Ginger-garlic paste: 2tsp

Green chilly: 2 chopped

Method

  • Marinate Chicken Breast with turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala,fennel powder and pepper powder.
  • Cook them till light brown.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook onions(2) till transculent. Add ginger-garlic paste (2tsp)and green chilly(2 chopped) saute for few mins.
  • Add the cooked shredded chicken and saute well. add corainder leaves.
  • Roll out the pastry sheets, cut according to ur style nd shapes.
  • Preheat oven 400 deg F.
  • Arrange them on a greased baking tray .
  • Do egg wash on folded pastries for glazing.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top turns golden brown.

 

Serve with Tomato sauce…
