Chilly beef

It is very simple to prepare and tastes too good. It pairs well with almost anything you can think of Kerala Parotta, Rice, Appam, Kappa or any Roti/ Indian Bread varities, etc..

Ingredients:

Beef – 1 kg

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Soya sauce- 5 tbsp

Salt – As required

Garlic -8

Pepper powder -1/2tbsp

Green chilly – 15

Oil

Ginger-

Method

  • Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, vinegar, salt and little water with beef pieces and cook.
  • Add the remaining soya sauce when it becomes cold and cut into small pieces.
  • Add little oil in a pan and when it boils add garlic paste and chopped green chillyand pepper powder into it.
  • Add ginger and sauce and stir it continuously.
  • Cook for sometime in low flame and serve.
