Ingredients
Drumstick-4
Tomato-2
Onion-1/2
Green chillies-2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coconut milk- 1/4 cup
Salt- to taste
Water-1 & 1/2 cup
Curry leaves- few
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Oil
Dry red chillies -2
Method
- Clean the veggies and cut into pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker and add in drumstick, sliced tomato, onion, chilies, curry leaves, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
- Open the pressure cooker once the pressure releases and add coconut milk and boil.
- Heat another pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add in curry leaves and red chilies. Saute and add this to the curry and serve with rice.
