Beef Ularthiyathu/Beef dry Roast

- Beef - ½ kg ( cut into small pieces)
- Chilli powder - 2 Tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ Tsp
- Garam masala - 1 Tsp
- Meat Masala - 1 TBS
- Coriander powder - 2 TBS
- Ginger - 2 big pieces
- Garlic - 1 full
- Onion - 1
- Tomato- 1
- Curry leaves
- Salt - as per taste
- Coconut pieces - ½ cup
- Coconut oil -
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Clean & drain the water from beef pieces.
- Marinate beef with Chilli powder ,Pepper powder,Turmeric powder ,Garam masala ,Meat Masala,Coriander powder,Ginger &Garlic.
- Pressure cook the marinated beef with ¼ cup water for 4-5 whitstles
- Once the pressure drops, open the cooker and cook the beef on low flame till the gravy dries completely.
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds & add curry leaves. Saute chopped onion till it becomes transparent. Add chopped Tomato and saute.
- Add the cooked beef & stir until it becomes dark brown colour.
- Beef Roast is now ready to serve. Enjoy with Rice,Chapatti,Kappa/Tappioca etc...
