Mixed Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • Rice -1 glass
  • Water -2 glass
  • Egg -2
  • Chicken -1 cup
  • Capsicum -1
  • Cabbage -100g
  • Carrot -100g
  • Beans -100g
  • Soyasauce-1 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Pepper powder-1-2 tbsp
  • Oil - as required
Instructions
  1. • Wash rice and drain of the water.
  2. • Add sufficient salt and cook the vegetables. Keep it aside
  3. • Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, pour beaten egg into the pan, add a little salt and pepper powder. When egg has set a little, stir and scramble it. Keep it aside
  4. • Fry the rice and cook the rice by adding water/chicken stock.
  5. • Mix vegetables, scrambled egg and chicken.
  6. Mixed fried rice is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or gobi Manchurian.
