Soak rice in water for 4-6 hours and drain the water completely.
Once drained, grind it into coarse powder.
Take a large heavy bottom pan or uruli.Add in rice powder,cumin seeds,seasame seeds and grated coconut and mix well using hands.
Keep it covered for some time.Place the uruli on to flame and stirring continuously.
The flame should be on low- medium.Switch off the flame ,when it reaches golden colour and nice aroma comes.Let it cool.Pulse it in the mixie for a few seconds to remove the lumps.
Serve it with sugar/banana or you can make avalose unda by using this.Store in an airtight container for upto an year.
