Chop the mango into fine pieces and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add Fenugreek and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions and saute till it turns a golden color. Add tomatoes and saute and smash to make a paste.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind paste and saute for a few minutes. add water and bring to boil.
Add the fish pieces into the boiling mix and add mango pieces when the fish is half cooked. Add coconut milk when the fish is fully cooked . Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
