- Potato :3 (small sized ones)
- Maida / All Purpose Flour - 4 spoons
- Big onions - 1(chopped)
- Green chillies - 1 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves - A handful (chopped),
- Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp,
- Fennel seeds-1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- Cook Potato . Peel the skin and smash it well .
- In a bowl,add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Wet your palms and fingers, then pinch off small balls and flatten them in your palms.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium for deep frying .When oil is medium hot dip in each vada and deep fry them in oil until it turns golden brown.
- Drain excess oil using perforated spoons and transfer them into a paper napkin on a plate.
