Grind together grated coconut,ginger,garlic,green chilly,curry leaves,coriander leaves. Add lime juice into this and make a smooth paste.Keep this aside.
Cut the boiled eggs into two halves( length wise).(Dip the knife in hot water so that egg yolk will remain with the egg white.)
Cover the cut side of egg with the chutney and keep it aside.
Beat the egg white lightly.
Heat oil in a pan,now dip the egg into the egg white mix and deep fry the egg.Repeat the process with all the eggs.
