Rava Ladoo

Ingredients
  • Rava/ Semolina - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut- 1 cup
  • Sugar- ¾ cup
  • Seasame- ½ cup
  • Ghee
  • Raisins- ¼cup
  • Chopped cashews-1/4 cup
  • Milk- ¼ cup
Instructions
  1. Heat  2-3 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast chopped cashews and raisins.
  2. Now add grated coconut and seasame  and stir. Stir for some time 2-3 mins, they dont need to change colour.
  3. Add sugar according to your taste and continue to stir.
  4. Transfer the mix into another bowl when the sugar melts and  is well coated with the mix.
  5. Add ghee into the same pan and fry the Rava.
  6. Add the above prepared mix into this when the colour of rava starts changing and mix well.
  7. Add milk little by little until  we get a consistency enough  to make them into balls.
  8. Turn off fire and allow to cool.Shape the ladoos into round shape or according to your preference.
