Roast cashews and Raisins in ghee and keep it aside.
Saute the grated carrot in ghee till the raw smell goes.
Add little milk about 1 glass or so enough to cover the carrot and mix well.Stir until the milk get absorbed fully and the carrot is well coated with the milk.
Add 2 tbsp rava to this and mix well.
Add sugar according to your taste and mix.
Add enough milk and allow to boil.
Add ¼ cup milkmaid and allow it to boil.
Now turn off the flame and add powdered cardamon and mix.
Garnish with roasted cashews and raisins and serve.
