Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan. Reduce the flame when it boil and keep stirring in between until it reduces in volume.
Add the broken wheat/Suchi gothambu into it and stir in between until it is cooked .Add sugar into it when the gothambu is cooked well. Cook until it reduces in volume. Add condensed milk . Serve hot.
