Ingredients
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Egg- 1
  • Milk- ½ cup
  • Banana- 1
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda -1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Mix all the above ingredients using a mixer and prepare the batter.
  2. Heat the tawa and pour in a scoop of batter and spread a little dont flatten it.Let the air comes out.Tiny pores will appear then, cover and cook untill both the sides turn golden brown.
  3. Serve with pancake syrup or honey.
