- Banana- 1 cup
- Maida-1¼
- Baking powder-1/2 tsp
- Baking soda-3/4 tsp
- Salt- ¼ tsp
- Powdered Sugar-1 cup
- Curd-1/2 cup
- Egg-1 full egg and 1 yolk
- Vegetable oil-1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence-
- Milk-2 tbsp
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees 10 minutes before baking
- Mash banana and keep it aside.
- Sieve together maida,baking powder and baking soda.
- In another bowl ,take vegetable oil,powdered sugar,salt and beat .
- Add in curd ,mashed banana and beat .
- add egg and egg yolk and vanilla essence and beat
- Add maida gradually and fold in the batter.
- Add milk if the batter is too thick .
- Pour the batter in the cupcake mold about three- fourth portion.
- Bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Banana cupcakes is ready top up with chocolate spread and serve.
