Fish Molly

This is a very simple kerala style recipes for preparing delicious Fish molly.This goes well with Palappam ,Kallapam and bread.You could serve this as a special dish during festivals like Christmas ,Easter and so on.Keep ready all the ingredients by your side and it will be very easy to prepare this. Ingredients

For Marinating
Items 1

Chilly powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Shallots- 3
Garlic-3
Curryleaves-few
Salt-as per taste

For Sauting
Items2

Onion-2
Shallots-5-6
Green chillies-5-6
Garlic-5
Ginger-1
Salt- as per taste

Items 3

Coriander powder- 1-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp

Items 4

Fish-1/2 kg( Fleshy fish)
Coconut milk- 1cup
Oil

Method

• Marinate fish with item no 1 and fry it. Donot deep fry the fish.
• Saute items no2 and reserve.
• Make a fine paste by mixing items no.3 with little water.
• cook the above paste till the raw smell vanishes ,add the sauted items into it.
• Add coconut milk and boil.
• Add the fish fry into It and cook for sometime.
