Cinnamon stick-1 small piece
Cloves-4
Cardamom-2
Mace-1
Garlic chopped-11/2tsp
Ginger chopped-11/2 TSP
Onion chopped-2 big
Carrot-1 big chopped
Capsicum-1 big chopped
Corn-1 cup
Green peas-1/2 cup
Green chillies-6
Coriander leaves,mint leaves-1 spoon chopped
Cooked chicken-1 cup
White of boiled egg-3
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 TSP
Vinegar-1 Tsp
Oil
Salt

Method
- Assemble all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan,saute cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom and Mace.Powder these masalas.
- In the same oil saute ginger, garlic, green chillies,Onion and masalas.
- Add carrot, capsicum,corn and green peas and saute.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder saute till the raw smell goes .
- Add shredded chicken pieces and chopped egg whites and mix.
- Add corriander leaves,mint leaves, vinegar and salt to taste.mix till done.
- Take a pastry sheet.fold one side into cone shape and fill in the mix and cover it with other side.
- Put the samosa in the boiling oil.later slower the flame and fry till it turns crispier.
- Enjoy the healthy crunchy samosa with a hot cup of tea.
Notes
Fry in very hot oil to avoid the samosa to be oily
To prevent the water content in samosa keep the samosa in the paper before frying.
Use tissue to absorb the excess oil in samosas.
