Here are two simple side dishes prepared using Jackfruit seeds. One is Jackfruit seeds thoran that is jackfruit cooked in grated coconut and the other is jackfruit seed stir fry or simply chakkakuru Mezhukkupuratty. Both these dishes go well with Rice.
