This quick recipe teaches you how to make super soft Eggless chocolate brownies that can be baked in a normal domestic oven.
Ingredients
Maida- 1 Cup
Baking Powder-1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda- ½ Tsp
Cocoa Powder-1/4 Cup
Butter-100 gms
Castor Sugar-3/4 cup
Curd-5 Tbsp
Coffee Powder-1 Tsp
Vanilla essence-1/4 Tsp
Milk- as required
Method
Preheat the Oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Line the baking tray with butter paper. Grease it.
In a large bowl, sieve together maida, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
In another bowl beat butter and sugar till soft and creamy. Add curd, coffee powder, vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the flour mixture and mix well. Add milk and mix well.
Pour the batter on the Baking tray. Level the surface.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes or u until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Set aside to cool slightly before removing.
