Fried rice can be prepared in many ways. Here goes the recipes for a Mixed fried rice prepared using chicken, carrot,beans, capsicum etc. You can choose vegetables according to your tastes and preferences.This Mixed fried rice is very simple, needs very less ingredients and can be prepared very quickly. It is also healthy and tastes delicious. Mixed fried rice can be served as a main course with side dishes chilli chicken,chilli gobi,Gobi Manchurian and so on.
Ingredients
Rice -1 glass
Water -2 glass
Egg -2
Chicken -1 cup
Capsicum -1
Cabbage -100g
Carrot -100g
Beans -100g
Soyasauce-1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Pepper powder-1-2 tbsp
Oil – as required
Method
• Wash rice and drain of the water.
• Add sufficient salt and cook the vegetables. Keep it aside
• Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, pour beaten egg into the pan, add a little salt and pepper powder. When egg has set a little, stir and scramble it. Keep it aside
• Fry the rice and cook the rice by adding water/chicken stock.
• Mix vegetables, scrambled egg and chicken.
Mixed fried rice is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or gobi Manchurian or chilli chicken.
