Chicken curry

This is one of the simplest way to make chicken curry which taste delicious.
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
vinegar 2 tsp
salt As required
onion 4 chopped small
Chilly powder 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Method
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, salt and leave it for ½ hr and cook in pressure cooker.
- Sauté chopped onion in oil till it turns to brown.
- Add chilly powder and sauté and add chicken pieces into it and mix well evenly in low flame
- Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and cook till it become gravy.
