Ingredients
For dough
Maida/all purpose flour- 2 cups
Butter- 1 Tbsp
Egg- 1/2
Yeast- 1tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Water
For filling
Grated coconut- 3 cups
Sugar-4-5 tbsp
Cashew nuts-500 gms
Kismis-500gms
Milk powder-2-3tbsp
Tutty fruity-500gms
Powdered cardamon-1 tsp(optional)
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp (optional)
Method
Take a bowl and add in all the ingredients for the filling and mix well.
Prepare a soft dough by using the above ingredients and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 1/2 hr.The dough will rise and will become double the size.
Knead the dough once more and then divide the dough into two equal balls.
Take two butter paper and grease with maida flour and flatten the balls into round shape like that of chappati around 1/2 inch thickness.Repeat the same with the second ball also.Spread the filling and place the second sheet on top and press the sides. Lock the sides by using hands make sure that the filling doesnot come out. If you dont seal it proprly there is  a chance to open up  while baking. Using a brush do egg wash or milk wash on the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven @ 180 degree celecius for 30 t0 40 minutes.
