INGREDIENTS
Sandwich bread-4-6
Butter-2 Tbsp
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili – 1 teaspoon
Tomato – 1-2
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 3/4 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes – 3-4
Coriander – 1 tablespoon
Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chili, tomato, and stir.
2. Add salt & red chili and stir.
3. Add boiled potatoes, coriander, dry mango powder and mix well. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
4. Take bread slices and apply butter on the one slice. Place the Potato mixture on the buttered bread slice.
6. Cover with another slice.
7. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil.
8. Place the slice of bread on the grill and then close the lid and grill until golden brown.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
