Ingredients
Rice flakes/Aval- 2 cups
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 3-4 tbsp
Mixed fruit jam- 2-3 tbsp
Powedered cardamon- 2-3 tsp
Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
Dry fruits- few
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and saute rice flakes and coconut for 10 minutes on slow flame or untill it is crispy. Add cardamon powder into this and mix well.
Grind the roasted rice flakes mix to powder form using a mixer.
Take a bowl and mix the crushed or powdered rice flakes,mixed fruit jam,sugar and dry fruits.Mix well. N ow roll into small balls.
Sweet Rice flakes balls are now ready to serve.
